Hydraulic motor removal steps and installation instructions:
The motor clearance of A&S Hydraulic Parts Co.,Ltd w has been matched for each movement and the user can not replace the parts casually. Under normal circumstances, do not disassemble the motor at will, only in the event of a serious failure, it is necessary to agree with our company before the disassembly inspection.
(1) preparation before disassembling
1. Remove the oil drain screw plug and put the oil in the motor housing.
2. Loosen the 5 screws on the oil pan and remove the oil pan.
Take out the oil distribution tray, positioning ring, pad, cylinder pin and double-head key.
Note: in order to prevent the change of rotation after reassembly, the mark of same position should be made on the end face of output shaft and oil distribution plate.
(2) sequence of disassembly
Remove the cover, screw it into the crankshaft center screw hole with clean screw, and lift out the crankshaft.
Remove the clasp from the connecting rod.
3. Take out the assembly parts of the plunger body connecting rod, and make corresponding marks one by one, so as to ensure the original assembly clearance when reassembling.General users can be removed here to check and repair, if necessary, can be decomposed plunger body and connecting rod assembly: release the hole with the spring rear-guard, take out the rear-guard, plunger body and connecting rod can be separated.
Assemble according to the above reverse procedure, and pay attention to ensure the axial clearance of the bearing.
All parts must be cleaned before assembly, and any working surface must be protected against scratches or bruises.
If there is only oil leakage from the plunger sleeve sand hole or from the plunger sleeve and shell joint surface, loosen the screw on the plunger sleeve, remove the plunger sleeve, and replace the plunger sleeve or "O" ring.
Hydraulic motor prone to problems, cause analysis and elimination methods
1. Rotate in the opposite direction

Remove the oil distribution plate, take out the oil distribution plate, rotate 180 degrees and reload.

1.Check the wear condition of sealing ring on oil distribution disc 2.Check the wear condition of the oil pan and whether the two oil cavity channels of the casting entering and leaving the oil port are in collusion.
3. The motor doesn't turn and the pressure doesn't go up.
